R&D platform: There are four branches established under Guangdong Engineering Technology Research Center. They are, namely, chief engineer office, product research institute, technique research institute, product laboratory.

R&D team: Starshine has 40 engineers and a senior engineer team who enjoy the State Council Special Allowance.
